PMC-R

The PMC-R system from ETL Verfahrenstechnik GmbH, in combination with online measurement systems, ensures reliable control of plant processes such as aeration or coagulant dosing. Similar to the PMC system, the PMC-R system uses a ceramic filter, but with the advantage of automatic and programmable cleaning thanks to its advanced permeate backwash function.

The ceramic disc, made from a special inorganic membrane material, enables surface filtration through its fine pores and dirt-repellent surface (separation limit 0.45µm). This significantly facilitates cleaning of the membrane surface, which can also be done manually with chemicals depending on the degree of contamination.

With an optional PMC multi-adapter, the membrane area can be easily expanded by mounting an additional ceramic disc to the existing one.

For outdoor use, the cabinet and filtrate pipes are optionally heatable.

The stainless steel and aluminum basin holder, designed for mounting on railings or on the basin crown, is easy to install. The quick-release mechanism facilitates both maintenance and the straightforward replacement of the ceramic disc.

For indoor applications, the PMC-R system allows the ceramic membrane to be operated as a container system. Here, the ceramic disc is continuously surrounded by a high flow rate of wastewater, while permeate is suctioned off the ceramic surface. This allows for constant and efficient filtration.

The practical quick-release mechanism makes maintenance and replacement of the filter disc simple and straightforward. For outdoor use, optionally heated cabinets and filtrate lines ensure optimal operating conditions even in adverse weather conditions.
