Plate filter – Efficient solutions for water filtration

Plate filters with membranes made of PVDF, polymer, or similar materials are effective filtration tools in (waste)water treatment. Depending on the material and coating, they serve important functions in optimizing water quality for online measurement systems or analyzers. They reduce or remove particles such as turbidity and microorganisms.

Especially in the filtration of challenging liquids such as wastewater or industrial water, choosing the right product is crucial for the filter’s lifespan and performance.

Our PME plate filters are compatible with all online measurement devices and analyzers. Existing infrastructure such as tank mounts, control units, and permeate tubing can be fully retained—only the existing plate filters are replaced with PME modules. For connection to the existing permeate line, we offer 4 mm or 6 mm hose fittings.

The plate filters can be cleaned, if necessary, using a soft brush included in the delivery. If required, chemical cleaning can also be performed depending on the degree of contamination.

Another filtration option is available with our retrofit kit “Plate Filter – PMC – Ceramic – Disc,” which allows for a simple replacement of the plate filter with a PMC ceramic disc filter. The kit includes all necessary components and adapters to enable a quick and easy conversion.
