Energy saving due to chalk-free aeration elements
In times of rising energy costs, it makes sense for operators of wastewater treatment plants to invest in energy-saving measures. The main source of high electricity costs in wastewater treatment plants are the compressors needed for aeration. To reduce their power consumption, it is necessary to decalcify the aerators from time to time. This reduces the operating pressure in the aeration system.
